TeraBox Download respects the rights of copyright owners and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to report content and how we respond.

How the tool works

We do not host any files. The tool reads public share links that exist on TeraBox's own servers and returns information that TeraBox publicly provides. The actual files remain on TeraBox. For permanent removal, you should also report the share to TeraBox directly.

What we can do

When we receive a valid notice, we will block the reported share links from being resolved by our tool, usually within 48 hours, and we may block repeat sources.

How to send a notice

Email mjdpro630@gmail.com with the subject "DMCA notice" and include:

  1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work.
  3. The exact TeraBox share link(s) you want blocked.
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  5. A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If you believe a link was blocked by mistake, send a counter-notice with your contact details, the link, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the block was a mistake. We may restore access unless the complainant tells us they have started legal action.

Abuse of this process

Knowingly false notices may make the sender liable for damages. Please make sure you own the rights before reporting.
